Nothing that can harm your computer
noobSpin is a funny site, you know the browser pranks you get here are pretty funny. They will however never have any lasting effects on your browser, noobs might need to control alt delete to close the browser prank but other than that there wont be any lasting side effects. The one case which this isn't true is if some bastard has set your homepage as gorandom.noobspin.com or another prank url, this I am afraid is a bit puzzeling and may mean you need to work out how to set your homepage without opening the program, or bare the rickroll while you get to options. But then you need to learn to guard your computer some how?
